Terms of Service

1. Parties & definitions

The service ("Avatar Platform") is provided by SHOULAT AL AMAL HANDICRAFTS - L.L.C - S.P.C, registered in the United Arab Emirates — licensed activity: E-Commerce Through Websites, code 4791018 (Emirate of Abu Dhabi licence) ("the Platform"). "The Client" is the named expert account owner. Using the service means you accept these terms. Minimum contracting age: 18.

2. Nature of the service — a neutral automation tool

The Platform is a neutral technical tool for producing short educational videos. It is not a publisher and not a professional advisory body, and provides no medical, legal, or financial content in its own name. The Client — as the named expert — holds final editorial judgment and approval over all content, while the Platform's own legal and regulatory obligations remain in force where applicable.

3. Dual documented approval — editorial responsibility

Every video carries two timestamped, documented approvals: the script, then the final video; nothing is delivered before both, and the Platform never publishes on the Client's behalf. By approving, the Client confirms professional review and accepts editorial responsibility for what they choose to publish.

4. Claim review

Professional claims pass an independent review: "claims reviewed and compared against reputable sources" is presented before approval. The review is an aid — it does not replace the Client's professional judgment and creates no guarantee of absolute scientific accuracy.

5. Likeness & voice

Where a mode uses the Client's image, the Client grants — by explicit, timestamped consent — a licence to use the uploaded photo solely to create the agreed visual identity, revocable at any time (production in dependent modes then stops). Voice-cloning features are not active and would require separate explicit consent.

6. Service limits & fair use

• Cadence and fix quotas follow the subscribed plan (shown on the pricing page, enforced automatically).
• "Unlimited" means fair use consistent with normal personal professional usage.
• Some modes depend on provider readiness; availability is shown in-account.
• The Platform may suspend abusive use: unlawful content, impersonation, technical flooding, or breach of the acceptable-use policy.

7. Acceptable use

Producing content that impersonates others without authorization, presents misleading content as verified fact contrary to review outputs, or violates applicable law is prohibited. The Client's banned topics are honored automatically.

8. Subscriptions, payment & refunds

Payments run through Stripe-hosted pages; card details never reach our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the cycle ends via the customer portal.

Refund policy: A full refund of the most recent payment is available if requested before any paid video generation has started in the current billing cycle. Once paid generation has begun, cancellation remains available at any time with a fair refund of the unused portion of the current cycle, excluding direct third-party generation costs already incurred. In cases of clear technical failure attributable to the Platform, accidental duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances, the company may issue a full or additional refund at its discretion.

9. Liability & indemnity

The Platform's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to fees actually paid in the twelve months preceding the claim and excludes indirect or consequential damages, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and without prejudice to non-excludable rights. The Client indemnifies the Platform against third-party claims arising from content the Client approved and published in their professional capacity, except where the claim results from the Platform's breach of its obligations.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with jurisdiction before the Abu Dhabi courts, subject to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

11. Termination, records & deletion

Either party may end the subscription per the billing cycle. After termination, library downloads remain available for 30 days, then the deletion policy in the Privacy page applies, with approval and billing records retained to the minimum required by legal and documentation obligations.
